Warranty policy

All products sold by MacBookAdapter.com come with a warranty. Warranty length varies by product and is listed on each product page, ranging from 90 days to 1 year. After the first 30 days, warranty items should be shipped to us for repair or replacement.

What are refurbished adapters?

Refurbished Apple products are pre-owned items that go through a thorough refurbishment process by our technicians before being offered for sale. In fact, we refurbish adapters for some of the largest online retailers.

Each unit is fully tested, including burn-in testing, with any defective parts replaced. Every adapter is then thoroughly cleaned and inspected before it ships.
