My charger had an intermittent disconnect where it plugged into the computer. I didn't want the battery to die and lose all of my data. Hard to beat the price for this product. More worth it to go here to get Mac products then the overpriced apple store.

Works great. There were a couple cracks in the housing of the charger but it doesn't effect the charger in any way.
