It worked right out-of-the-box. We'll have to see if we can get more than a year out of it like the Apple chargers. If it goes better than a year it gets five stars.

I needed to replace only the adapter portion of my fried computer cable, so this product suited my needs even though it didn't come with the 6-foot extension cord. I was delighted to save more than half the price I would have paid by buying the product new from the Apple store. I was also glad to not replace the part that didn't need replacing. The new part works well so far (it's been 1-2 weeks).

Good product, came fast, as advertised

The charger works. The cord was a little kinked but otherwise no problems so far. We have only had it a week though. I am hopeful I will get at least a year or more from it.

So much cheaper than from the Apple website. It also came within a couple of days of ordering it. I also like the fact that I can send my old on to them to be recycled. Much better than going into the landfill.

I needed to replace my son's adaptor and looked at various sources before I decided on your company. It came quickly, the price was so much better than buying brand new and it has a warranty. My only mistake was that I didnt realize the cord was so short. I will need to order the extension cord.
